Symptoms:

Skin lesions that develop as a result of inflammation and infection of the sweat glands. Features pea to marble-sized lumps under the skin, that tend to be painful and enlarge as well as drain pus. Usually occurs on areas where the skin rubs together such as the armpits, groin and buttocks.

Management:

Dr. Harlan says that he uses SmartLotion® to help his adult Hidradentis Suppurativa patients with the associated irritation and redness by having them apply SmartLotion® 2x per day.
